This summer, my family has adopted quite a bit of a healthy lifestyle. It wasn't something I planned on doing, but it's been a lot easier than I expected. (It probably doesn't hurt that my mom does the food shopping and cooking.)
Aside from eating better, as a family we're trying to be more active too. So I put together a workout for our favorite Monday night program, The Bachelorette. I know it's a little late in the season, but better late than ever!
